La Zacca accepts returns from online purchases provided that the items are returned in good condition (never used, with the original/intact packaging, tags and/or labels still attached) within 14 days of the parcel's arrival.< /p>
Please note, however, that the following items cannot be returned:
1.Underwear and face masks for hygienic reasons
2.Personalised items, products that have been custom made to the buyer's specifications
The only exceptions are items deemed to be defective which they cannot be repaired or replaced by the shop, as required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005).

You must return the products coming to shop or sending them to us at La Zacca, Via Mercato 24 (shop in via San Carpoforo 2), 20121 Milan as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancel.< /p>
The costs related to the return of products will be your responsibility.
Times and methods of refund
The cost of the product will be refunded when the goods have been received by us and their integrity has been verified.
The refund is made as soon as possible, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which we sent you confirmed by email that you are entitled to a refund.
The refund will be made using the same way of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly accept another solution
