Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please read this page carefully so you understand our policies regarding returns, refunds, and shipping.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Origami Shop – Japanese Handmade & Origami.
  • Customer (referred to as “You”) refers to the individual placing an order through our store.
  • Products means the handmade items offered for sale, including origami, crafts, and other items.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. Each item is unique, and slight variations in color, size, or design are a natural part of handmade items.

Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or significantly defective during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@lazacca.com for a replacement or refund.
We may request photos of the damaged item to process your request.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or significantly defective. Exchanges for size, color, or design preference are not available due to the handmade nature of our products.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Japan. Customers can choose between the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • EMS (Express Mail Service) – Fast international shipping. Estimated delivery: 6–14 business days to most countries.
  • Standard Shipping – Economical option. Estimated delivery: 10–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking information will be provided for all shipments when available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.
